SERVICING

We are an Approved Workshop & offer several stages of servicing for all brands and ages of caravans, motorhomes & associated appliances by our fully CITO/NCC C&G qualified Engineers:

• Our Full Caravan Service includes all the running gear - as below, chassis, 240V system, 12V system, gas system, all appliances are visually inspected and function checked on all systems, toilet, windows, blinds, skylights, water system including taps & pipework, damp test etc.
• Our Running Gear Service includes hubs, bearings, brakes, tyres, chassis, stabiliser, corner steadies, road lights, 12N & 12S (or 13 pin) cables & connections.
• Our Habitation Inspection on motorhomes includes everything done in our Full Service EXCEPT the running gear side of things - that should be done by a standard garage service. Below is a short video on our YouTube channel which briefly shows all the checks we do.

Additional in depth servicing of the gas appliances is also offered, as a normal Full Service or Habitation Inspection only covers visual, functional & safety checks.

Why Service Your Vehicle?
Well apart from your own safety and peace of mind, never mind the fact that it is a legal requirement "to maintain your vehicle in a roadworthy condition" - insurance companies often have it written in their terms and conditions - their 'small print' - that the vehicle must be serviced as per manufacturer's  instructions - i.e. annually.
If you don't do this, then the insurance company will only pay the current market value in the event of a total loss - this could be scrap value - a few hundred pounds or less! And they do ask for proof of this maintenance (I know this from personal experience), and without the annual service sheets, they won't pay!
