Even though work has finally calmed down here,
we have found several items of interest for our followers. This week were very happy to hear that one of our customers, Mr David Williams, has been awarded the Rushcliffe Borough Council volunteer award for 2019. We collect our plastic that can be recyled, which David collects and transforms it into cash which is donated to the Dove Cottage Hospice. It is not a lot, but at least we feal we are doing something to help others. Today we also found a video showing the new Gedling Access Road which will begin construction in January 2020. It looks as if this could cause some traffic problems over the next year or so, but will hoepfully be worth it in the end. We have added the video to our favorites on our YouTube channel. Oh, and of course there is the small matter of a general election, but we will not get into a political discussion here. |
